Skyrocketing housing costs are pushing people out of our city.
I fight to prevent policies that allow corporations to buy up city blocks resulting in pushing out families and Berkeley’s beloved small businesses. Instead, I will focus on the expansion of affordable housing, protecting artists and small businesses in our District, and creating real opportunities for working families and people across the income spectrum.

Residents often feel shut out of the city's decision-making process. I am committed to transparent, community-driven governance. I know how to listen to the needs of constituents, rely on data and experts to inform my decisions, and work to strengthen accountability.
We deserve streets and public spaces
we can walk and play safely.
Traffic injuries and fatalities in Berkeley are on the rise. This is both unacceptable and preventable. I will prioritize fixing our streets and sidewalks, push for fair and ethical enforcement of traffic rules, and expand public spaces in West Berkeley.
